Shipping Policy
- D’ITALIA provides doorstep delivery within select areas of Noida.
- Standard delivery time is approximately 30–45 minutes, subject to operational conditions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Once food is prepared and dispatched, cancellations are not permitted in accordance with food safety norms.
- Incorrect or damaged items must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery.
- Refunds or replacements are subject to internal verification.
- Approved refunds for online payments will be processed within 5–7 business days.
